Dear International Students,

If you plan to travel outside the United States during the Winter Break, please take a moment to check if you have a current (less than a year old at time of re-entry to the U.S.) travel signature on page 2 of your I-20 for F-1 students, or in the lower righthand corner of your DS-2019 for J-1 students.

If you need a new travel signature, please drop off your I-20 or DS-2019 to be signed as soon as possible (asap). Please keep in mind that due to the volume of requests, the travel signature process can take up to 5 business days.

At this time we also remind you to take a moment to review the travel information on the OISSS website here.

If you already submitted your I-20 or DS-2019 due to a planned trip outside the U.S. during the Thanksgiving Break, please pick-up your document no later than Tuesday, November 26th.

OISSS will be closed for document drop off and pick up beginning noon on Wednesday November 27th; Normal business hours will resume on Monday December 2nd.
